She encouraged me to apply for a U-Visa, which is a nonimmigrant visa which is set aside for victims of crimes (and their immediate family members) who have suffered substantial mental or physical abuse and are willing to assist law enforcement and government officials in the investigation or prosecution of the criminal activity. She obtained the required certification on my case, prepared affidavits and submitted proof of all the suffer I went through. I applied for my family members also as they are qualifying relatives, and now we are just waiting for the decision of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. We will definitively recommend her.
