Peter closed the sales of my apartment in Brooklyn. It was a difficult sale, but Peter was on the mark the entire time, was super fast, was super available and answered emails at night on a weekend immediately, gave a very large number of very valuable pieces of advice as we went along, was very smart and got involved in the minute details. Basically, as they say "if you meet a great lawyer" hold on to him or her. This is this case with Peter - we will always use him for our real estate needs, such a great experience!!!!
