The lawyer over the phone was very nice he got on the phone humbly, I explained about being misclassified. And went to later asking him what if I didn’t get paid for work done as independent contractor,
My employer I did a contract didn’t pay me the money was around 15k the lawyer asked me how much it was once I told him how much it was he told me there was nothing I can do about it. Instead of advising me there was nothing he can do it about it.
