Shana, Stephen, and Ginamarie are all highly professional and I would highly recommend their services. Stephen was very attentive and made sure I received the best results for my case.

Stephen and his team - Ginamarie in particular - were wonderful helping us sell our apartment and buy a new one. The processes involved in New York are complex and confusing, and Stephen and company were helpful every step of the way, including providing helpful information included in our contracts during the entire process. I had such pleasant interactions with them and would highly recommend them for both home purchases/sales or any other service they offer!

Terrible. Doesn’t communicate unless the client calls or texts asking to meet with her for updates but she’ll only call or text back and even for two minutes, use that as an hour and charge for it. She has her husband call clients to collect more money but she hasn’t done enough on the clients behalf to use up each retainer. Given false information and false guidance in situations she should be educated on where the clients had to ask officers and other attorneys for correct answers. I’m not sure if she just picks and chooses who she can knock over the head, take advantage of, and drain of money but this woman does not fight for your rights or gives you a fair chance at anything. Seems to be shady stuff going on with her and her husband. I already have two close friends and a client of my own who’s had terrible experiences with her. She’ll speak in confidence and tell you what you want to hear to benefit you and your case but doesn’t back that up at all.

Divorce can be one of the most stressful things you ever do in life. Shana made it easy and understandable. Whether mitigating unrealistic expectations from the other side, answering random questions or just being a sounding board about the frustrations with the process, Shana was always available and quick to come up with a solution. While I never hope to have to go through this process again, Shana is the one person I'm going to call if I have to.

Stephen and Shana are extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our sometimes challenging house closings were handled with expertise and haste. We remained well informed throughout each step of the process and are extremely grateful to have had them working on our behalf!

Did Curti know on July 7, 2017 that Michael Valva would be given custody of the three Valva children, two months before 9/6/2017 removal of those children? She allegedly wrote that in a letter to United Mortgage. Was that to help inmate Valva obtain a loan or a pre approval letter for the Bittersweet home? Do you suppose United Mortgage is pi$$ed now? I wonder. The Bittersweet home was $525k. That’s a lot on a cop’s salary. Did inmate Valva need to get possession of the marital home in the divorce so he could sell it for a down payment? I don’t know. I mean being clairvoyant would be a valuable asset. I’m duly impressed

Ms. Curti assisted me in a recent custody and child support matter. She clearly explained my options, rights, and responsibilities throughout the entire process. She was empathetic to my situation, listened to my concerns, and advised me appropriately. With her help, I was able to reach agreements with my ex-husband by the second court appearance (very speedy!). Her extensive experience with the family court system here on Long Island makes her quite knowledgeable about how the court will view particular situations. I would definitely recommend hiring Ms. Curti for family court matters.

Shana was amazing from beginning to end! I had no idea where to start and was told about her and decided to reach out. She made it stress free by explained the process very clearly and was always available when I had any questions about my divorce. I was referred to Shana Curti by a co-worker who is an attorney as well. I asked for the best family court lawyer and she sent me to the right person. Shana gave me the best advise, guided me through the process, constantly communicated and I won sole legal custody of my daughter. She is amazing, professional, knowledgeable and couldn’t have asked for someone better to fight for me and my child. With my case, she had done her due diligence, kept fighting for the welfare of my child for her to solely be mine legally. If I ever have another issue arise, she’ll be the first call I make. Not good. I paid the attorney $5000 and she stated to me by phone that most, but not all of it,would be used. However, they kept all the money and NEVER finished the case. Never advocated,never talked to anyone. It was my late mother's estate, and she had taken a grant that was stolen by a contractor who was prosecuted. Now new York state wanted the grant paid back,even though the contractor had taken a chunk without doing the work. The.attorney never actually helped me,.and none of them ever defended me. The attorney never spoke to anyone to present my case. They asked for thousands more money to continue. They spoke to NO ONE in New York State offices. I am sorry I ever heard of them. No excuses from them, no tricky lawyer language,will correct these deficiencies.
