We used Richard Leff for our estate planning, health care proxy and living wills and couldn’t be happier! He is very pleasant to work with and explained everything in detail so that we understood fully. He’s very knowledgeable in the many different scenarios available and helped to guide us in choosing the proper path for us. His office staff, Shannon and Karen, are extremely pleasant and helpful as well. Any changes we needed were dealt with immediately. I would absolutely recommend him!

A friend referred Mr Leff to my husband and I for our closing on our house. Great attorney ! Very knowledgeable and patient w/ us he was very thorough and made sure if we had any other questions we forgot to ask we could call him. My wife and I decided it was time to do something about estate planning. What I expected to be a tedious process was made simple by Richard and his team. We set up an estate plan which included an irrevocable trust to protect certain assets. We now have the important documents in place - health care proxies, power of attorney, our will and the trust. Honestly this gives us peace of mind and it was much easier than I expected, thanks to his expert guidance.
