I cannot speak on diamond law group as a customer. Diamond law group represented the builder I was “supposed” to buy a house from. To make this review short and sweet, the lawyer who represented the seller was very egotistical and unfair. The seller made no attempt to get a C/O for this house to hedge his bet on the market going wild and him being able to retain this home and make more money off of it. During this time my team was continuous lied to about when the c/o would be gathered. In the end he did exercise his right to kill our deal and this law firm took 1 month to get my earnest money back to me. If you are going to use them I suppose they will be a great bunch if you like to be represented like that. I can say on my next home if they represent the other side I would rather light 500k on fire then give them my business.

I used Diamond Law at the recommendation of my real estate agent and I couldn't have picked a better firm. Everyone was very responsive to every development I had while selling my home and purchasing a new one. At closings, representatives explained everything in detail and left nothing open. I highly recommend Diamond Law and will do so in the future.

I just closed the house with them. Pros: they response quickly, they follow up with all parties almost everyday to push things forward. Cons: they are not really representing you or protecting you, they only care about pushing the transaction done, so they get paid. They will never go through all the provisions in the contract with you to make sure no harmful items or traps. Never ask them to do power of attorney, I was charged $700 for signing the documents on your behalf. But they never tell you this price until on the day of closing.
