Very unprofessional , unaware of legal documents , took out a loan wrote a check , they "lost" it . had to right a new one , and then they wanted more money after they got the first check and claimed they forgot to mention it .Would highly NOT recommend . Way to much fishy stuff going on .

Hired to represent me as landlord in a tenant dispute; it took several months to get a court date during which time ZERO of my phone calls were returned. Nearly fired him but was persuaded otherwise by a member of his staff. He appeared late for court and was apparently unfamiliar with the facts of my case after so many months had passed. since we had discussed it. He was able to deal with it on the fly passably, however I can't help think it would have been resolved better, earlier, and at far less expense by another fimx

Pease and Gustafson were my Lawyers when I bought my home recently. The staff is very warm and friendly. They were incredibly "on top of things" and HELPFUL!!! They were thorough and made me feel very confident and safe! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Eric was verbally contracted for a "simple" real estate transaction that turned out to be more complicated. He would not answer my reasonable questions during the process and did not respond to my queries of attorney fees. He dropped me at the first mention of "asbestos" in the house I was supposed to buy. On the bright side, there was no fee. Of course, I REALLY needed a legal advocate and he left me, "just when I needed him most".
