We hired Ms. Choi to handle the legal paperwork for the sale of our rental property. It was a direct sale from seller to buyer, without mortgage or bank involved. Ms. Choi did an excellent job, for a moderate fee. My wife and I recommend her very much. She'll definitely have other business from us in the future.
