I was treated with respect by Mr. R. Jacoby who was very informative, and professional.
I also met with Keith Jacoby who was very pleasant to talk to and very professional.
All the ladies in the office were extremely nice and very helpful whether in person or over the phone.

Marisol advised me I would be getting a refund because they could not do what they said they could at the consultation. Received statement with no refund. After laughing, a year an a half they are on vacation and I have to continue to wait. Bad business

I was very apprehensive about starting the process of bankruptcy. Keith walked me through every step. All my questions were answered either via email or phone call in a timely matter.
