Jacoby & Jacoby helped me out a lot. I had a few consultations with lawyers before I picked Jacoby & Jacoby, but found them to be the fairest all around. Their down payment and payment plan was the best, I was able to do much of the work from home and email or fax over any documentation that was needed, the timeline from start to finish was quicker than I expected, and their staff was always professional and courteous. I had personal issues and I had to reschedule court multiple times, but Jacoby & Jacoby was always able to meet my requests. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to declare bankruptcy.
