I have retained Mr. Herbst in the past. He handled my case with professionalism, compassion and efficiency. I always thought my case would drag for years but it was all done in less than 2 years. The process was painful but Mr. Herbst handled smoothly. Mr. Herbst always answered my questions in a timely fashion and always explained every steps of the process so I was never blinded. BEWARE OF THIS ATTORNEY: I only gave him one star because I had to so I could leave a review. He deserves NONE! I hired Bryan Salamone for my divorce. He took a retainer then assigned one of his flunkies to my case. He sent the new guy into court for me who was inexperienced while he was in the court room next door working on another case. On the break he pressured me into signing a stipulation to leave the marital residence even though I was crying and telling him I had no where to go with my 3 young children. He didn’t care that I had no where to go and he continued to say to me “trust me, I’m good friends with Judge Quinn, he comes to me when he needs a reference when he’s running for election. I know him and I’m good friends with him and you need to leave the house before the trial starts and this way you’ll be ahead of the game and out of the house with the kids before the trial starts.” After leaving court I tried contacting Bryan multiple times and he didn’t return any of my calls. I had to find a new attorney after being forced out on the street with my little ones all because of Bryan Salamone.
