Chris and his team are the best! We worked with them as first time home buyers and the experience was amazing. Chris is patient and explains everything to you and will answer all of your questions. Chris was on vacation when our offer was accepted and took time away from his family to talk to us and help move the home buying process forward. He listened to our concerns regarding the contract and made sure all of that was communicated to the sellers and was able to amend some of the contract to include what we had asked for. During closing he walked through every paper in the stack explaining what each one was for and answered questions. Chris and his team will have your back and will make sure your home buying process is timely and stress free. I would highly recommend Chris and would absolutely (happily) work with him and his team again in the future.
