I want to thank Adam Karhu for getting us to the finish line. The process can be stressful at time. But Adam makes sure we were well informed about everything. Thank you so much for closing the day before thanksgiving. My kids got the key to their new home just in time. I would definitely recommend Adam Karhu to anyone looking to buy a house. Adam was recommended to me by our real estate agent. I called him and hired on the spot I am so glad I did . He handled our closing very smoothly and always was prompt with replying to emails and messages. He communicate with us every step of the way was very reassuring . He also is a very nice person. Adam was my lawyer for a short sale. I have to say this wasn't the first time I sat down at a table for the sale of a house. Anytime a document needed to be updated Adam would get up and make sure it was taken care of asap. I was highly impressed by this and had never seen a lawyer do this before. I would highly recommend using Adam for any real estate transaction. He seemed very easy going and willing to go out of his way.

Adam and his staff were excellent in assisting me with the closing of my mothers home. Since I reside out of state there were many phone calls and e mails to keep me informed. Adam Karhu sucessfully navigated a particularly difficult Residential sale and closing for us. The transaction was complicated and prolonged and through it all Adam gave us excellent advice and remained calm and personable to all involved despite the
obstacles that arose.

Adam was so on top of trying to get the buyer's bank of my house that was sold in Wantagh, NY to move along after a couple month's delay, making the calls, and emails days on end for weeks so I could buy my new home in NJ... and keeping me updated along the entire journey, giving me the utmost confidence and I knew I had a good one in Mr. Karhu!
