We hired Mr. Kessler for my father's employment issues. After scouting for attorneys and being shut down or getting advice to just accept the offer presented by the current employer, we started to lose hope. Someone suggested Mr. Kessler and described him as "smart and savvy". We called and his team was very engaged in our case so they could assess whether it was a potential for them. We were called back within a week where we met Mr. Kessler. He was very down-to-earth and knowledgeable and seemed very interested on our case. He presented us with honest various scenarios and ways the case could go. We hired him and the next year that we spent in discussions and court rooms was made easier by Mr. Kessler's good advice and support. He always answered our questions and concerns and always returned our emails and phone calls. His team was as equally responsive and kind. We were very happy with our end result due to Mr. Kessler's on-track planning. I hope that we never have Employment issues again, but if we do, Mr. Kessler will be our go-to. He's the best of the best!
