In our dealings with the Hedayati Law Group, they misquoted the law and made blatantly false statements as to what their client was entitled; showed up to court unprepared, causing the date to be postponed; calculated the settlement to the other side’s favor, short-changing their client by over $50,000; a lawyer on staff has been delinquent in their standing with the New York State Unified Court System for over five years; they filled out a Preliminary Conference Stipulation and Order with a filing date of February 31, (February does not have 31 days; that date does not exist); and in six filed court documents they misspelled their own name as Heydayati. This review is not liable because every statement in this review can be verified with an email or court document (and they know it). The Hedayati Law Group is so astoundingly incompetent they literally cannot add and subtract, they cannot read a calendar, and they cannot spell their own name correctly. Do not use the Hedayati law group for anything, ever.

I have known Al Hedayati for over 10 years. Al stands out not only for his legal expertise but notably for his extraordinary compassion towards his clients. Al's approach brings a much-needed sense of humanity and understanding. His ability to listen attentively and empathize with each client's unique situation makes a significant difference and is something that is very hard to find! I would recommend Al to all my loved ones.

Going through a divorce is extremely difficult however from the moment you call this office you know you’re going to be in great hands. This group is exceptional and catch every detail. They offer a strong support system with knowledgeable Attorneys and a convenient location if you have to go there.
