Stay away from this firm. Yunus herself have a poor understating of the law and promotes illegal and undocumented people to take undue advantage of the immigration system.

For some people, $50 for 15 mins consultation, might be the only money they have and they really need help. However when lawyer attend to client call act like ‘ when this call gonna be over?’ , it felt a bit upsetting. If this is a free consultation, then client truly understand if attorney will not offer legal advice pertaining to the legal issue. But lawyer are being paid for the 15 mins, so you shall explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions. When client come prepared with information about case and uploaded in doc for you to prepare with legal advise, please read before the 15 mins consultation. I know your time is extremely valuable, but this little kindness, goes a long way.

About a year ago, I went to Afia Yunus to get help and guidance on my GC interview. I still remember her big smile when she welcomed me. My wife and I worked with Afia and her team on filing forms I-485, I-130, and all information required to make my wife a permanent resident and help her get her Green Card. Afia was really kind, personable, and helpful and made us feel confident about the process after our in-person meeting.
