I was genuinely (and pleasantly!) surprised at the quality of the work I saw as even the first draft of some deliverables was thorough and professionally done, requiring very little feedback/ revisions. She is also very clear and direct in her consultations which I personally believe makes her more reliable compared to some in the field who talk a big game but then do not necessarily deliver.
