If I could review a zero I would. My husband was injured on the job due to lack of proper safety. My lawyer had advised us to settle with worker’s compensation so we could move on to a personal lawsuit instead stating we would more than likely be awarded more with a personal suit. So we settled with workers comp only for our lawyer to tell us two months later we didn’t have a personal suit because of the type of house he fell at. I know I’m not a lawyer but that type of information could and should have been found out before advising clients to settle and end their only form of income. We have been financially unstable ever since.
