This office is great! They listen to your needs and really are organized. I feel confident working with the team over there. I mostly deal with Melissa Martino. She updates me often and that is important to a client to feel like they are part of the process. Also, I love getting my birthday scratch offs and Christmas cards in the mail each year. When I was in my car accident, I was overwhelmed in dealing with both my vehicle damage and my physical injuries. The paperwork alone was never ending. Receiving treatment through my no fault insurance was another burden. I am so grateful for my paralegal Ashley Astle at the law firm. She took over all my paperwork, guided me step by step through every process and was kind and patient in answering my many questions and alleviating my worries. She was, and continues to be, a godsend when it came time to dealing with all the appointments that my no fault insurance sent me to and I truly felt that I had a voice through her. It is difficult enough to try to concentrate on my physical injuries without feeling harassed by outside sources but Ashley made it clear to me that she would deal with everything and that I should just focus on getting better. She has fought for me and I am relieved beyond words to be in such capable, professional hands. No one wants to have to be in a situation where you need an attorney but if you do, Bragoli and Associates is proving to be my powerhouse and don't hesitate to request Ashley Astle as your paralegal. I have recently retained Bragoli & Associates to represent me for a No Fault accident. All the interactions I have had with the staff have been wonderful. I had spoken with Chris Bragoli upon returning home my hospital stay and he answered all of my questions not just as an attorney, but a person showing compassion and true concern of my injuries. My case has been assigned to a paralegal within the firm, Victoria Cody. Victoria is a godsend, she is responsive to my concerns, my questions and she too shows such compassion for me as a client. I feel that we are in this together. I know my case is still in the early stages, but I do feel confident that all will handled in the most professional manner because this firm has wonderful people on the front lines and behind the scenes. I have not spoken to an Attorney yet, or the Attorney who is handling my case. However, Seema Luthra, the Paralegal assigned to me is extremely professional and thorough and checks in with me for updates as much as possible. My pain is severe and at least I feel that I have someone on my side during all of this. My case has not settled as of yet, however, I am very happy I chose Bragoli & Associates after my car accident, to assist me in my time of need. Hopefully, my health will improve and my case will be settled accordingly. So far, I am glad to be speaking with Seema.

Horrible experience with Christopher Bragoli. Not only was he rude and nasty, but he completely lied; taking total advantage of me while I was in the hospital, in the worst situation of my entire life. Everything he said was a lie, and then he acted like I should appreciate his service! He even had the nerve to charge thousands of dollars for things like paper clips and xerox copies! Run fast in the other direction. He’s the definition of an “ambulance chaser”.
