Tayne Law Group solved my legal problem quickly and efficiently. They communicated very well and achieved a positive outcome for me. I highly recommend.

I am currently a very unhappy client, communication with the firm is non-existence, unless I initiate it. Then any info I need can't be handled on spot. It takes 2 - 4 days to even find out balance held in escrow account. They want to settle debts over monthly payments so they can keep collecting the interest on funds. I stated on many occasions I wanted a lump sum settlement no payments. I get a very good settlement offer directly from creditor, I explain Tayne us handling it for me. Agent at Tayne informs creditor that settlement works, however we need to make monthly payments over ten months. This with Tayne currently holding well over 90% of settlement offer. This turns into a argument between myself and Tayne; me asking what my escrow balance, Mike stating it will take three days to get this info, all while I hear a female voice in back ground staying we don't have enough in house for that settlement. I'm $296.65 short. Instead of telling me this they keep pushing your buttons to upset you even further. Remember I previously stated I wanted no payments in this matter. Been paying this firm $85.00 weekly to get to this point. It's all about the interest they will earn on your money. BEWARE UPDATE: For anyone who is considering this firm attached are emails I received concerning my SETTLED account. Everything I stated in my review is 100% facts. Read other reviews which are very similar to mine. This firm is all about taking people's money, not sending out statements, unless you call and request. I believe monthly statements are required by Federal Law when there are financial transactions being done. Per Rosie at Global Soultions the terms you presented of $3200 over 10 months is unacceptable, especially when you already have over $2900.00 in the escrow. Good-Luck proving otherwise.

I got into trouble with MCA debt and reached out to Ms. Tayne, but the experience was far from helpful. The free consultation felt like a waste of time, and I quickly regretted my decision. None of what she said would happen actually did, and her staff was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process.

Horrible place! They lacked communication, got irritated when you asked for clarification, just horrible. Please find anyone else. They also kept my first months payments and refused to help me and show empathy when I was under extreme stress and overwhelmed. Please take your business anywhere else. Thank you
