Leslie has been part of my professional network for several years. Recently, I realized I was in over my head financially with credit card debt and turned to her firm for assistance. While my situation is ongoing (I didn't dig the hole overnight and I won't get out of it overnight), Leslie and her team have secured multiple account settlements on my behalf. Tayne Law Group has already saved me thousands of dollars. I feel confident knowing that my remaining accounts are in her hands and I know working with her firm will ultimately have a positive impact on my financial future.

I was extremely stressed about an overdue credit card bill. Attorney tayne handled this matter for me quickly and professionally. I was treated with sensitivity and compassion and the matter was quickly resolved. I can now sleep at night thanks to the tayne law group.

I am rewriting this feedback due to Tayne Law Group filing a defamation law suit against me. I have nothing but major regret ever agreeing to work with Tayne law Group. I had a MCA loan that was out of hand with a balance $58,500 claimed against my business. I wanted a law firm to fight for fair rights and settle this reasonably. The MCA was charging fees equivalent to over 100% interest annually. She agreed and assure me they had settled these types of issue before. I hired her as them as my legal council. The expectation was simple. Negotiate reasonable settlement. I paid $3,750 to Tayne Law group. When my employees started receiving threatening calls from the MCA I reached out to Tayne Law Group. Their response was for me to report them to state or federal organizations for their practices. They told me they do not help with that. I the inquired where we were in the negotiation process. I wanted to know if we were close to a settlement so the calls would stop. I was told they wanted more payments and then they would negotiate. I hung up frustrated and stopped paying them. The response from Tayne law group was not only to keep the $3,750 I paid but to bill me an additional $10,677.50. The bill had 2 line items to explain the charges. 1. Answer: Itria balance. $1,220 and 2. Itria fee $9,457.50. (Itria is the MCA) I asked for a break down of these charges and they told me to refer to the bill. No where are they willing to show me hours billed etc. No where does it show a credit for the $3,750 I have already paid. Now when I signed up, I thought I was retaining a law firm to represent me. Turns out I was signing another contract where I would owe in total $14,427.50 with very little explanation as to why. They did answer a lawsuit filed by atria 1 time. Outside of that I cannot find another thing they have done on behalf. When I asked for this clarification I was told to refer to the bill. I told in the contract I signed nowhere does it say if we part ways I would owe over $14k to Tayne law Group let alone without a settlement. They responded to reference section 10 in my contract with them. This section is a lot of legal ease and from what I understand basically states if I dispute anything with Tayne Law Group. I cannot sue them I have to accept arbitration. So to sum up, in my opinion, I feel Tayne Law Group made a situation much worse. I thought I hired them to help me. I feel like all they did outside of answer 1 lawsuit 1 time was make a situation much worse. The debt was not settled. They took $3,750 from me. They have filed legal action to collect the remaining $10,677.50. Basically they want me to pay them $14,427.50 for 1 legal answer and not settling a debt. If you feel this is fair and what you want to sign up and by all means use them. Had I known any of this upfront I would have never agreed to it. I will not take this feedback down regardless of how much they try to scare me with legal attacks. Their agreement should have been more forthcoming. They were my legal representation and an explanation of what they were getting me into should have better explained. And an explanation of these fees which I view as egregious should be better explained. They have a website that makes you feel safe. When I spoke to them they assured me numerous times. They know MCA is destructive and viewed by many as predatory. I feel they are no different. They presented a strong front to me not disclosing if I walked away 1/4 of the debt they did not settle could be a bill they would send to me. To me this feels and looks predatory. I was desperate and needed help. I now have a bigger problem. Everything I said here is accurate to the best of my abilities and am exercising my first amendment rights and using this platform to warn others as I wish I had been warned. Be careful with this people They promise you things that they can’t deliver! By the time you wake up might be too late… unprofessional firm!

I was told they will negotiate my contract and reduce the fee, we signed a contract and added the fee amount to be 20% of $27,000. Not only they couldn’t negotiate to reduce the fee but it accumulated interest yearly since there was a judgment, they knew that i have a judgement but for 3 years they allowed my account to accumulate interest, They made up a fee that is not 20% of the contract when i decided to finally break up, they refuse to release the account statement and fee deduction, they just say you total refund is 16k without explaining how they got to this number. They threatened me that if I’ll badmouth them they will fill legal action against me (yes i have it on email) but constantly refusing to release account statement. They robbed me in broad daylight! Also forcing me to sign a letter that I’m not objecting to the refund amount prior to releasing the funds, they would NOT release the refund until i sign that i will not challenge the amount they want to refund me although I know and disagree with them, basically forcing me!
