This was mine and my mother's first time purchasing property, I was unsure about the whole process. Binish was organized and held our hand through the process the whole time, when the building management company was unresponsive or the bank was not clear she stepped in to help and keep things moving, making sure we closed on time, even during the closing she explained every piece of documentation I was signing thoroughly. My mother and I highly recommend !!
