I had the pleasure of working with Binish Anjum during a very difficult co-op sale. She was recommended to be by my real estate agent and I consider myself blessed to have a lawyer who followed up, was persistent in getting the documents that were required to close my deal and explained things to me along the way. She is a very organized person and a clear communicator. I have high anxiety and it took me 6 months to close because of the run around my co-op board was giving me. Binish was always positive and made me feel like I had someone on my team to advocate for me. She made a lot of calls and emails were sent to get this closing done! I would definitely use her again for future real estate purchases.
