I'm not one to do reviews . The law office is fine, but Lorraine is a nasty employee who makes the entire experience unpleasant. After paying for over 50% of the fees well before my meeting, I then had a $2,000 balance. I had one more meeting and asked to have $1,000 charged with a balance due of $1,000 at the final meeting. Jennifer marched and demanded payment in full...leaving me wondering why would any firm demand full payment with more work to be completed and why would the firm approve of her strong arming me. A little compromise goes a long way Lorraine, with many of attorneys out there with lovely staff I'd rethink recommending this firm.

There are truly no words to describe the level of service, expertise, care and professionalism the Tully Law Group: Elder Care Law Firm provided to my family under very difficult circumstances. In a day and age where true customer service is hard to find I can wholeheartedly recommend Brian and his entire staff as people who care about the clients they serve. Brian and his staff took the time to answer all our questions and concerns no matter how big or small. They sorted and protected all my parents assets while streamlining the medicaid process and application. If you have aging parents give Brian and his team a call. Long story short, if you need help with estate planning you are in terrific hands with Tully Law Group. Elder law can be very confusing and difficult to navigate alone but hiring Brian's team was the best decision we've made so far! Now on to the longer story... Just so you, the reader, knows where I'm coming from, I'm an attorney licensed to practice law in New York. I practice tenant side rent stabilization law in New York City. I've been practicing law for about 7 years now, and I would never take a Medicaid application case. Sure, I could learn it, but it would take me months at the sacrifice of my mother's needs, and that isn't going to happen. That's where Brian Tully and his spectacular team of administration, legal, and social workers come into play. We needed help navigating the world of Medicaid qualification, which was incredibly difficult with the stress of caring for our family's medical needs. I can only imagine how tragic the process is for people with zero legal experience. We hired the Tully Law Group who helped us every step of the way, and you should too. They helped get my mother financially qualified, created her estate documents, and all other matters necessary. Importantly, Brian's team will take the time to explain and describe (and describe again, and again!) all the many moving and intersecting parts of Medicaid qualification. Most importantly, his team is super professional, compassionate, and they care (why else would they practice public interest law!). I highly recommend Tully Law PC when it comes to elderly care. Caring for the elderly is such a complicated task when we want to love our parents the best we can, while still maintaining our own sanity juggling our marriage, children, and careers. I felt my physical and emotional life drained out of me the moment my elderly parents moved in with our young family. We need so much help, but my husband and I were left to care for them. I highly recommend the Tully Eldercare Law firm. We have been using this firm for the past 3 years. Initially they prepared a will, trust, POA, healthcare directive and proxy, and we annually retain their services as healthcare managers and coordinators. They are knowledgeable, competent, efficient and easy to deal with, and will delve into any issues or problems that may arise. Dealing with the governmental bureaucracy can be extremely frustrating and aggravating. They have made an unmanageable experience manageable, and eliminated the grief.

My mother hired Brian when my parents moved back to New York from Florida to redo their wills and estate planning; at the time my father was in the mid stages of Alzheimer's Disease. Brian was/is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He made what could have been an emotionally difficult task for my mother stress free. When my parents passed, and there was extreme tension between my brothers, as the attorney for the executor of my parents estate, his experience, compassion and patience prevailed! i cant recommend Brian and his team highly enough!
