Dealing with a private disability insurance claim can be a difficult and laborious process. Even in its simplest form, the process is adversarial and one needs top notch representation. He took charge of my case, managing the interface with the insurance company and the submission of the appeal. It’s fair to say he knew what would happen at each juncture, and had a tactical response ready if he did not like the result. Jason is also all business, efficient with his and your time. Jason and Kristin turned a disability denied situation to an approval for Long Term Disability. First, let me say I love how the business is all in the family and they work hard. Because of my broken tail light that I wasn't aware of I got pulled over and the most important ticket that I was worried about was the ticket I got for my insurance being expired. Long story short I found the Lerner's online and I was in awe of all the experience they had and how affordable it was to fight my case. She was able to reduce my specific ticket and I ended up just paying a fine and a couple of points which I can easily take care of with a defensive driving course. I have gotten other tickets but they were reduced and a couple of them were dismissed. I am more than happy I was so worried because I didn't want my license to be revoked. I need my car more than ever. They are so knowledgable, and quick, and friendly! I will send them a lot of referrals being in the real estate business. I hope I don't get in trouble in the future but if I do I will run to them again.
