I brought a simple conttzct case to Mr. Markowitz. He presents himself as some scholarly old school law professor. Unfortunately he practices law like a tired bored student. Mr. Markowitz ignored my case for months, blew through court deadlines, failed to review basic documents, told me nothing about the progress of the case and almost cost me the entire case by his neglect. Stay far away from Lamb and Barnosky and especially Joel Markowitz truly terrible lawyers.
