Hi, my name is dinora horitas. I was killed in a book by Dominic Sharpton. I had that case with another lawyer but I gave it to John Luke because John Luke is black. I'm I'm black even worse. I'm puerto rican and very dark skin. I'm an educated woman, but John Luke has no respect for me. Because I'm not light skin or Becky from York. His lack of communication his disrespect towards me when I've asked him to contact me is incredible. My name is denora Horton. Thus and a n***** is not dead yet. I want the world to know this. Because John doesn't give a f*** This is gonna be spelled f***** u* because I know longer. Take time to edit s*** That's why I have a masters and student loans. F*** that a n***** is not editing s*** Please don't think I'm having an attack. But I mean, very pro black woman. And that's hard when you're puerto rican. I'm tired of the abuse that we received not just from the man. But from people of our own kinds, they think we're dumb because they're degrees are higher than those those lawyers. Those judges, those doctors John look f*** y** You created a monster I picked you? Cuz you were a black man and you had sons. Once again, John Luke, f*** y** You see, I'm nothing but a Mommy. But because of the way I look men treat me like I'm a piece of a** or like I should not be respected. I am a star. I have a master's degree I was married. I'm no baby mama, John Luke. I thought you were my friend, apparently, I'm not late. Skinned enough for you cause I'm educated. I'm world travel, so what's the f****** problem?

John Luke was representing me for more than a year now and I would say to hire him! He always answered every call, every text even regarding legal matters outside my specific case which makes me feel like he genuinely cares for his clients. I won’t be looking else where for legal issues and suggest him to all my family / friends. You will win, you will feel important , and he’s worth it!

I called this firm looking for an attorney. Mr. Luke took my call and spent nearly an hour listening to me ramble on about my issue. Ultimately I did not file a lawsuit because after listening to Mr. Luke explain the law it was clear that there was a gap between what happened and what was actually actionable. I cannot believe that he took that much time to listen to me for FREE. I can only imagine how active he would be if I actually sued. From the consultation to the process - John was first in class! I was blown away at every turn that John was there to support me, guide me, and in the end, got me exactly what I had wanted - taking all the stress and burden off my plate. John read over my severance agreement, gave me advice as to what I could and could not have legal ground for, took over communication with my former employer and their legal team, dealt with deadlines and negotiated on my behalf. John wound up getting me over 50% more than I was originally intended. I literally could not have done it without him. I can't say enough good things about him and would more than highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good, hard-working, and personable lawyer.

I was fired wrongfully after making several complaints. I called the Derek Smith Law Group and spoke with Mr. Luke. After hearing the facts he asked me to come in. I was reluctant but I'm glad I did. Mr. Luke never stopped working. I would wake up with emails in my box from 2am. He really took my case personally and I felt like he was one of the family. He has a lot of clients but I was never left feeling like a number. He explained the ins and outs and made the law comprehensible.
