I was very reluctant to consider bankrupcy as an answer to my problems but after a heart attact 3 1/2 years ago and being out of work for an extended period, my mortgage and bills were out of control. Mr Weiss was very through in calculating my income and expenses and provided me with options that I think will work for me and allow me to save my home. Mr Weiss also explained the entire process, spent a lot of time answering all of our qusetions and made us feel comfortable with our decision.

Thank You to Ron Weiss, his staff, and especially to Shannon Wright, in successfully handling my foreclosure proceedings (halting them), and eventual refinancing. Though it took some time (years) using different methods, refinancing was finally successful.....with lower payments and lower interest rates.....something that I absolutely needed. Each time I spoke with either Ron or Shannon, everything was handled promptly and very professionally.....and they listened to, and appreciated, my concerns. This usually doesn't happen with lawyers, so their empathy was appreciated. My house was in foreclosure, Ron defended me in the foreclosure litigation and helped me get a modification so I can now afford my mortgage.
