If you have commercial litigation then I highly recommend Matt Barnes. I found myself in a situation where my tenant decided not to pay rent then pay varying amounts at their discretion for over a year This caused an avalanche of litigation. Matt understood the situation and battled on behalf of my family and I through a pandemic, and legal and financial tsunami. He put us first even before his family and firm. You do not find that in today's society.
