As a provider the great thing about this firm is the fact that you can treat your no fault patients for their injuries with confidence that you will be paid regardless of an IME. Lee O., Mike S., and Paul B., as well as their team have been extremely successful at getting me paid on my patients who have been denied treatment by their insurance companies. As a provider, treating patients who are represented by this firm and witnessing the one on one attention they need is exceptional. Maria B. is the firms go to patient relation representative who gets things done with the highest level of professionalism, empathy and efficiency. She truly is second to none. My patients who are represented by O2 are able to call, text or email her and by days end Maria responds with solutions.
