I was told they will negotiate my contract and reduce the fee, we signed a contract and added the fee amount to be 20% of $27,000. Not only they couldn’t negotiate to reduce the fee but it accumulated interest yearly since there was a judgment, they knew that i have a judgement but for 3 years they allowed my account to accumulate interest, They made up a fee that is not 20% of the contract when i decided to finally break up, they refuse to release the account statement and fee deduction, they just say you total refund is 16k without explaining how they got to this number. They threatened me that if I’ll badmouth them they will fill legal action against me (yes i have it on email) but constantly refusing to release account statement. They robbed me in broad daylight! Also forcing me to sign a letter that I’m not objecting to the refund amount prior to releasing the funds, they would NOT release the refund until i sign that i will not challenge the amount they want to refund me although I know and disagree with them, basically forcing me!

Leslie, Jenn, Kathi and Connor were always a call or email away with any questions or concerns and most importantly, the office took care of all my credit card issues. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they feel overwhelmed and need help. We worked out an affordable plan together and my situation was resolved much sooner than I thought. I am so happy that I found the courage to make the call. I would never of been able to handle the amount on my own.

This law firm is not here to help you. They will just bleed you dry and drop you when you don't wire money to them same day. I asked for a detailed bill and was told "that's not how we do it". I asked them to help me understand how it costs $25,000 to file one response and a complaint and was told, "That's the price". They had me sign the agreement AFTER they had already billed us an additional $15,000. There are attorneys out there who actually care about their clients, this isn't it.
