Having worked for many years at this company, we were suddenly confronted with a major re-organization/re-structure several months ago. Entire divisions were eliminated. Our division was put on notice for potential reduction/elimination. Some of us were targeted in ways which could compromise our ability to find new careers/positions elsewhere.
