I was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in December of 2021 due to being rear ended while stopped at a red light. I wound up with a severely fractured left hip and several fractured vertebrae in my back, and am still suffering from those injuries to this day (plus sciatic nerve and lower back pain). I hired Robert K Young & Associates to represent me very soon after the accident. Gary Young assured me from the start that he'd do everything he could to get me a fair settlement amount in light of the serious injuries I sustained. I had high hopes initially given the defendant admitted 100% fault. Unfortunately, those high hopes dwindled rather quickly. I expected Gary to be much more aggressive than he actually was. Instead of having some backbone to stand up for me and fight for fair compensation, he advised me to just take the latest offer to avoid going to court. Taking the easy way out obviously required a lot less effort from him. Towards the end, his tone of voice also made me feel like I was bothering him whenever we spoke. If you're looking for a lawyer who will fight for you like a Pitbull, look elsewhere. What I got was a Chihuahua. He assured me several times, "Don't worry, it'll all work out." My share of the settlement amount wasn't even $65,000. It'll all work out, really?? Not exactly. Absolutely disgraceful, he should be ashamed of himself. They advertise on their website they obtained a $1,350,000 settlement for a dog bite victim they represented, yet I didn't receive anywhere near that amount and my injuries were much more severe. I can't express how disappointed I am in this law firm. STAY AWAY AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!

Three years ago I was an unfortunate victim of a cycling accident. The unusual thing with my case though was that the offending vehicle was not a car but another cyclist. This made things a lot less clear cut than if it was a car that hit me. Through much mitigating and dedicated hard work from the team at Robert K Young and Assoc., I was able to get a nice settlement back from my case. The best lawyer in the business!!!!

Beware of them. I called them to help my mother. They took the case, but didn't do much work on her case. My mother was letting them go and they told her of the reasons why she should continue with them and how they were on the docket to go to court. My mother decided to give them a second chance which turned out to be a VERY bad idea. While they did recover money it was what the insurance company would have given her no matter whether she had a lawyer or not. They did $900 of work (so they claim) put was able to get 5 figures as a payment. Now that they have the payment and my mother is still having issues with the insurance company who will not talk to her because she has a lawyer they are telling her she needs to obtain new counsel and had the audacity to give her the name and number of another attorney. I regret the day I called them to take her case.
