Not only she did get the offer we were looking for but also did it in record time. Gary Young is so professional and his entire staff is friendly and helpful! He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, the staff is also diverse and bilingual! I hired Gary Young to handle two car accidents that my daughter was in. Not only was he and his staff very professional, but extremely considerate. All of my phone calls were answered right away. He always kept me well informed about the case. Reading some of the other negative reviews, I have to say myself and my family disagree completely. Unfortunately we all want the maximum we can get for our cases, but that is not up to Gary and his associates it is up to the Judge and insurance company, so any blame on him for that is something I would disregard. His staff was very helpful, professional, and also very concerned about myself and my daughter, and my family, always going the extra mile for us. That is something that you cannot put a price on.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and results from this attorney. They promised me that I would be extremely satisfied with the outcome, but that was not to be. He encouraged me to accept the first offer. I decided to hold out and another offer did come, but still not to my liking. My case was a slam dunk (I am quoting him) but it was obvious to me that they just wanted to accept any offer, take their commission and not have to put in any additional time. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for legal representation.
