Ann Mary Fernan Farrell represented me when I purchased my home in november 2003. She misled me to believe I had Four thousand dollars in escrow account from the seller. I had no money in escrow account at all. After repeated requests I did receive a check from her for one thousand and five hundred dollars. I am still waiting for the balance to this day.
