I retained John because he came highly recommended from my broker, he helped us with a purchase of a co-op and he put our minds at ease during this very stressful process. John is very charismatic and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and what was expected of both parties in the simplest way possible. He answered every question I had and gave great advice based on his previous experiences. His assistant Agnes was extremely responsive via email and would get documents over to us asap. Nothing was ever held up on the attorney side of things and we were updated whenever there was a new development. If you need an attorney for your real estate needs, John is your guy!
