I was facing a DWI with a refusal violation. Mr. Greenwald not only won my refusal hearing, which allowed me to keep driving. He also convinced the DA to bring the charge down to a disorderly conduct with an open container violation . This honestly was the best possible outcome for my case. He communicates to you clearly what all the possible outcomes are going to be, but then delivers desirable results. His fee was also very reasonable compared to the other lawyers I contacted when looking around (one guy had the audacity to charge 10,000 for my DWI). Definitely consult with Mr. Greenwald first before making a decision to hire any attorney in the Middletown area.

I was given Ben's number through a friend of mine. I was going to court for 2 yrs. I had 8 misdemeanors an 2 felonys. All in different towns with legal aid they wanted to give me state time. On one charge I was caught on camera trying to run the mother of my child's step father over with a car. I thought for sure I was going to prison. With only 2 appearances from Ben he got me either 3 yrs probation or 6 months in the county jail. An I only had to plea out to one misdemeanor. I took the 6 months. If it wasn't for him I would probably still b in prison right now. An he definitely worked with me on the prices. I think it's 2500 per misdemeanor an 3000 a felony. I told him my situation an only paid 4500. From then on I refuse to use another lawyer. Overall I give him a 5 star rating. If ur in trouble I highly recommend u call Ben.

Ben was great! I received a ticket and was appointed him by the court. I've never had to have a lawyer before but, I've heard bad stories about court appointed lawyers. I only had to meet with Ben once. I gave him the ticket and all of the information I had collected concerning the case and he took care of EVERYTHING for me. I have been dealing with my mother's cancer which is spreading and ontop of it all my best friends father died. Ben understood how much stress I was under and went to court for me. I would definitely use him again, although I'm hopeing I won't have to. I also have given his cards to multiple people. I can't say enough of how great he was.

Don't know where to begin. I live in California and had legal problems from 12 years ago in New York. Finally, when I had enough money to get legal help I called many different lawyers and all of them sounded very rude,negative and not helpful. Would not check on my case without me sending them money first. Overall I strongly recommend this just lawyer and his firm to anyone. They are honest and have integrity in what they do. I never even had to go back to New York to appear for any of the cases.
