I first started using and referring business to David back in the 1980's. Even back then, he was tenacious in his representations and is one of the hardest working attorneys I've ever come across. He is relentless in defending his clients and uncovering every possible solution or alternative that is or can be made available. Am happy to recommend him to others.

I do not recommend giving this attorney any consideration. Here is a copy of a text he sent me when I did not and do not agree in the amount of money he returned to me from the retainer I gave him, and the fact I could not cash the check he gave me at the bank it was written from... You probably have enough problems as why you might be considering hiring an attorney and reading reviews. I would not recommend this one. All the best. "I suggest you tread carefully. If you make defamatory remarks i will bring suit. You know damn well the services were rendered before you caved in and took the mod. I will protect myself. Be careful as you dont want me as an adversary"
