Well, although it was a bit difficult case. Thanks to lawyer Meir Moza, I was acquitted of all my positions.

I found Moza online through a Google search about two years ago now and I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure working with him. Him and his staff are very professional, very efficient and very personable. Once Moza takes you on as a client you can call or text him for anything and always get a response. Unlike most attorneys he’s very honest with you upfront and doesn’t just take your money. He keeps you in the loop so you know what to expect the entire times he’s fighting for you. Mr. Moza is a BULLY! Makes mistakes, and will yell and attack when you question him. Stay away if you can.

Mr. Moza and Omar were instrumental in getting a ridiculous lawsuit filed against my wife and I dismissed. They are worth every penny! Everything they said would happen from our very first meeting until the eventual dismissal happened. Omar was available to answer any and all questions whenever I had any, Mr. Moza was always straightforward and honest, and they both made this process as stress-free as possible. I would give them a zero star. He is full of sweet talk and phony promises. He took more than 5k from me for no motions, paper works or documents filed. He filed it to the court incorrectly multiple times. Even the clerk at the court told me to stay away from him. His assistant Heidi is the most laid back person and would never follow-up on anything. Stay away from this law office. Addendum: Everything stated in this review is honest and with supported facts. Mr. Moza's office has failed to perform their duties to follow-up and communicate the needed. His supporting documents were rejected by the court three times and finally, I had to proceed Pro se to get the default judgement from the court. Every time, I follow-up on the case, he asks me for more money and thus, I have inccured $7295.00 in attorney fees for a 10k civil lawsuit case. I have proofs, messages, payment receipts, court documents and facts. I should be filing law suits against his office for leaving threatening voicemails in an act of intimidation due to this google review. I have my full rights to state honest opinions/reviews with the support of the CRFA law and his bullying tone and attitude is very unprofessional and unlawful. The only way that I may remove this 100% honest google review is if he decide to return the exact amount that he had charged me without providing any proper service or outcome.

This is one of the best things that has happened to me this year. First I had and incident in NY that landed me with multiple citations and into a criminal court for our brand new Trucking company. Yes, I paid for their service to represent my company and can't believe what this guys did for me for citations that could come with thousands of $$$ in fine.
