Chet Lukaszewski has uber capabilities due to his attention to even the smallest detail. Chet always kept me up to date with any and all information about my case. I can not speak highly enough of Chet. I am a retired NYPD officer with over 21 years of service assigned to a Precinct Traffic unit. I . The was disabled in a car accident where my Police car was hit by a truck while i was PARKED. I had seen 3 or 4 BIG firms in NYC all of whom denied I had a winable case . Then I called Chet....THIS GUY IS THE REAL DEAL.. I have had numerous lawyer experiences over my years and not one was as exemplary as Chet. He called me and we spoke like old friends. He said " he was a litigator, that he liked to fight in court". After we met in person I had a lot of confidence in him. He didnt sugar coat anything, he said that he felt he could put up a good fight . Thats exactly what I was looking for. A small firm that CARES..that ALWAYS calls amd and emails back ( even from his honeymoon I think). After 4 board hearings I was denied then Chet went to work. This was a long 5 year battle, and I must admit that I almost gave up. Chet called me and convinced me to stay in the fight. Thank God and thank Chet. After a 7 year battle (2 with PBA council) we won every case Chet fought and EVERY APPEAL. I cant tell you the difference Chet made for my family . I recommend him HIGHLY to anyone who is second guessing fighting this kind of battle.

Chets “One of the greats”. He has the ability to understand how tough things are for his clients, but still steer them to true success and justice for their suffrage. He will ALWAYS be honest with you, regardless of the outcome. He will never lead you on or take a case just to pocket a few bucks. If he says you have a case, then you have a case. Consequently, if you don’t, he’ll tell you that too. He is by your side, no matter the time. If you need him, he’s there. You don’t wait for days to here from him. I would HIGHLY recommend Chet to anybody who had a legitimate case, and who was looking for a leader to take them through to the reward the deserve.

He involved me in every step to keep me well-informed. I have reached the goal that I wanted to reach and I believe it would’ve been massively difficult if it wasn’t for Chet and his staff.

I agree with Chris F. Chet is a special type of attorney not found in this day and age. He changed my life and the life of my family by taking on a death disability case that other attorneys wouldn't touch. I spoke to attorneys who laughed at me. Some even made me cry. But not Chet. He treated me with the utmost respect and was very honest with me concerning all aspects of my case. What I loved is he handles every case himself... all the phone calls, all the legal details, all the court appearances, all the meetings. There are no assistants or interns. He does everything. I find him to be one of the bravest men I know, especially to take on the city of New York! Because his undergrad degree is in journalism, his briefs and courtroom analysis were like works of art.
