With a new record sealing law in effect, I was not sure who to turn to for help. After doing a search online, I came across the firm: Collins Gann McCloskey & Barry PLLC and I'm sure glad that I made the right choice! You need firm who has the experience and knowledge of criminal record sealing and this is the firm to use. I met Attorney Phil Nash who is a Specialist with sealing records. Being a former Prosecutor, Phil knows how the system works and how to get the best results for his clients. Phil explained to me the entire process, what I needed to provide to the Judge and how to prepare for the results. He displayed patience, understood my situation and answered all of my questions with care and understanding. I am extremely happy and pleased with the results I received! I was also surprised that the turnaround time was so quick as well!

This is a testament to Marc Gann. I needed A lawyer almost 2 years ago to the day.I was recommended Marc Gann from a very dear friend who is a Nassau County Court Officer for 30 years! One can only imagine how many lawyers he's seen in action. However, my very own brother has been is a divorce attorney for approximately 30 years as well. He (my brother) recommended one of his colleagues. So my dilemma began. Who should I retain? Here's a buddy in the court system who is IMPLORING me to go With Marc and my own flesh and blood BROTHER referring his guy! We should all have these problems. But, after meeting Marc in person, I explained to my brother I had to go with my gut. I was so impressed with him. I just liked his style, demeanor, and professionalism which is spot on. And he's such a nice guy to boot. And personality goes a long way with me. My brother, being a lawyer, and so smart, thankfully ENCOURAGED me to do exactly what I felt was best for the family. Bottom line, I did indeed get the best lawyer that Long Island has to offer (oh except for my brother of course lol) No doubt in my mind. I hired Rick Collins for my son who got himself in a bad situation. From the beginning Rick was and has been professional, educating, VERY educatiing, his knowledge of the peptide and research chemical industry is amazing. Most of all he's very patient with my son. Rick Collins has been worth every penny. He constantly gives my son updates and doesn't give up. If you have a son , or you yourself are in a situation I highly recommend you consider Rick. You will not regret it.

Worked with Gerard who was recommended through an acquaintance. Gerard was a big help for me as this was my first time having a run in with the law, I know nothing of this field. He was very transparent with his thought process and described in detail how my case could develop as time progressed. He was always there to take my calls at any time of day which was great because my work schedule can be a little unpredictable. After 1 year and 18 days, Gerard had the opportunity to call me and let me know my case was dismissed. To be totally clear, regardless of the outcome of the case, it does not change Gerard's professionalism and patience. This man knows what he is doing. Best of luck to him and the rest of the office.
