Mark Gann and David Barry are very professional, attentive and caring. David was the person I met first, he was so great in personality in understanding my situation and outlined everything as to be expected. Because of his initial interaction sparked my immediate interest in this firm. Then Mark with his years of expertise helped my case and told me exactly what To expect. I had the pleasure of having Gerard McCloskey represent me in a criminal proceeding. I had very little knowledge of the legal system and was in a bad situation. Gerard was informative, supportive and extremely prepared in his approach towards me and my case. He got the best possible outcome being a parking ticket when I was looking at jail time. Gerard is an excellent lawyer and I cannot stress how highly I would recommend him as a lawyer and as a person .

Professional team. Rick was fast on responding to calls and emails, and always available, didn't matter day or night. He was a tremendous advocate in court and went above and beyond for my case. Gerard and the rest of the partners and staff were great. They were always on point and he predicted the outcome of my case from the beginning. I couldn’t hold them in higher regard.
