With Mr. Martin's help, I was able to walk away from my divorce proceedings with joint custody of my two young children. This was the best outcome possible for my family and we were ultimately able to settle outside of court, which saved us the cost of going to trial. Mr. Martin and his staff were extremely professional and courteous every step of the way. They fought for me when necessary, and they also knew when it was more beneficial to negotiate, which they did very effectively. I believed that all attorneys were the same, until I met Mr. David Martin. He is different, he treats his clients as his equal and with respect. He listens to the situation and spends time giving his expert advice in just a consultation. He is straight forward and knows the law. In my experience, Mr. Martin will always respond to any questions in detail and will make time for his client, so that you feel comfortable every step of the way. David Martin will tell you what you want to hear just to take your money and then won't return your calls or have his assistant call you. Don't waste your money on him. Find a better lawyer.
