I don’t even write reviews much, but this attorney was extremely dismissive and impatient over the phone, so I don’t want to Imagine what he is like in person.

I have used Michael as my attorney a number of times for various issues. I give him a 10/10 for each situation. He is attentive, responsive, easy to communicate with, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Michael Franzese for your legal needs. He is the BEST.

My wife and son received speeding tickets within a week of each other. I hired Mr. Franzese for both and even though the speeding tickets were well, well, over the speed limit he was able to get them knocked down to fines only! He was nothing but a professional and treated our cases with the utmost care. We never had to go to court and his fees were well within reason. I highly recommend using him.

Michael was a very great lawyer for me. I got a speeding ticket where I should’ve gotten my license suspended but instead I paid a parking ticket and I didn’t have to do anything! Michael said he will take care of everything, definitely recommend him for anyone on the same boat.
