Update : my brother got into the NYPD, so Basically this guy was useless after 3 years . This man represented my brother 3 years ago and did nothing for us . Never give up . He had three speeding tickets , and they tried to say he was in a gang because he and his friends were wearing the same color sweaters when they were 16. This was false , you can be black and hang out with your friends and wear the same color. If NYPD is your dream keep fighting to get in . Do not waste your time if you have a character disqualification for the NYPD.His secretary or paralegal is terrible at preparing statements , my brother wasn’t even able to get a hearing from the commissioner in regards to his disqualification which was based solely on traffic tickets . Please don’t waste your time , your better off appealing on your own. He does not give his all in representing his clients . I am very disappointed , but we have found better counsel and will continue to fight .

Flanzig & Flanzig are extremely competent, conscientious, & concerned professionals. It was encouraging to have an attorney such as Daniel, who is so well versed in the situations that road cyclists encounter. Actually, I had two cycling accidents in a three month span and Daniel was extremely skilled in the nuances that settlement of these cases required.

I received a NOPD from Department of Correction after being on psych hold for a whole year. Mr. Sheerin helped me out in less than 6 months I was given a second oral psych and he continuously kept in touch with the department and informed me of the status. Decision was reversed, Very helpful law firm at a reasonable price. A year after he starts helping me with my appeal against NYPD Psychological NOPD and NOD we then take it to the civil service commission for hearing Kevin Sheerin and DR. Marc Janoson, PH.D both testified at the hearing gave their 100% at the hearing and a few weeks after I received the notice that my disqualification had been reversed.The communication is always on point just a call or email away.
