Josh Kahn was born to be a lawyer. He fought to the bone for me and all my interests. He was crystal clear in explaining the law and the insurance details of a complicated 3-party accident involving a ride-sharing app. After being in a crash that destroyed my car and put me in the ER for six hours, I needed a friend. Someone that knew how to listen and then help me set priorities. Josh was good at that too. Josh and his partners are ex-prosecutors, meaning hard negotiators and experienced trial lawyers. I got the strong sense that the insurance companies and other law firms involved knew this, and were rightly intimidated. And the proof - the settlement was double the estimate I got from the other lawyers I talked to before hiring Josh Kahn. Above all else, Josh is someone with enormous integrity, a real Mensch - 5 stars all the way.

My lawyer acquired all pertinent needed from me to successfully bring the case to an end. The insurance was the "foot dragger" in my case and then brought up a time limit for the case while not responding to my lawyer when pertinent questions were posed to move the case along.

Josh was a great attorney. Starting with the consultation I knew he was going to do everything possible to get the best outcome. He always checked in with me after each doctors’ appointment to see how it went and to see how I was feeling. Josh was always available and easily able to contact. I accepted a plea bargain based on this "experienced" attorney's counsel. It was defective. I am now 18 months into the process of cleaning up his mistakes. Now pursuing malpractice claim against him, his partner and his firm.
