David Martin is one of the best family lawyers I have met, since day one he was straight up about my custody case, he brought my son back from Utah with in weeks. He deal with everything, is been 5 years since I first consulted him and any time I need help with my case he’s there for me. Since I live in queens he always makes himself available in the queens office even with short notice. His staff is very efficient and they response time is very fast.

Universally loved. Gets the job done

This is the worst lawyer I have ever came across in my life. I hired him to file for an emergency hearing in November 2016, and its now April 2017, and still no hearing. Now I have to sue him for my money back.I still can't believe he's an attorney. You're better off representing yourself. He comes to court unprepared and doesn't know anything about the case. I will make a blog just for him, with all the outrageous charges of all the unsolicited emails and phone calls that his secretary makes for him, and he charges his rate of $400 an hour. I have been charged thousands of dollars in just emails and phone calls. No lawyer respects him in courts. I would give him a zero but it won't allow me

After having had two disastrously useless attorneys, I was fortunate to become a client of Mr. Martin. Not only was he able to clean up the mess the previous attorneys had created, but he did so in a calm, professional, and timely manner. He made clear all my options and possible outcomes while dealing with my non cooperative spouse and her attorneys. The resulting agreement was the best outcome for all involved especially the children. I can't recommend him enough.

Pat Latzman did not represent my children's wishes to the court whatsoever, however, she completely and unprofessionally sided with my ex-husband. I was a stay at home mother, and the children wanted to reside with me as their father worked 60+ hours per week. However she allowed him to hire various "baby sitters" off of craigslist, with no background check, and fought for him to have joint custody. I provided her with concrete proof, time and again that my children were being neglected in his care, but she always looked the other way. My children have suffered immensely and have been in therapy for years. She even banned their therapist from making a statement to the court.
