This review was a long time coming and I am writing this to the benefit of anyone reading who might be in the position I was in- panicked during a late night Google search with a Suffolk County DUI charge complete with damning blood results during a terrible time in my life. I had never been in any kind of trouble before and had a new nursing career to worry about. If you find yourself in a position like this, take it from me. He was very patient with my bastion of questions; many of which I would ask repeatedly because to be frank it was very hard for a lot of this to sink in at first. I appreciated the clarity, the steady management of my expectations which I felt empowered me to be prepared for whatever the outcome may have been (which is saying a LOT because I was an anxious mess!), and the ease in which I could get in touch with him at any point throughout the year. Steve Raiser is truly the best criminal lawyer there is. I retained Steve to address some serious and nerve racking matters, that only someone with his experience could have handled. From the time he enters the courtroom he commands respect. It’s only after he goes in front of the judge states his name, practice and address is when the magic happens. Today my case was finish and had a positive outcome because of the excellent work from Steven. Facing a Felony charge of criminal mischief along with an order of protection against me, Steven Raiser was able to get the order reduced to a do not harass very shortly after the order was issued and ultimately get the felony charge dismissed. Always responsive to my questions and concerns along and after this difficult process, Steven very quickly proved to me I was in very capable hands and I knew I had found the "cream of the crop. ".
