Josh Kahn was born to be a lawyer. He fought to the bone for me and all my interests. He was crystal clear in explaining the law and the insurance details of a complicated 3-party accident involving a ride-sharing app. After being in a crash that destroyed my car and put me in the ER for six hours, I needed a friend. Someone that knew how to listen and then help me set priorities. Josh was good at that too. Josh and his partners are ex-prosecutors, meaning hard negotiators and experienced trial lawyers. I got the strong sense that the insurance companies and other law firms involved knew this, and were rightly intimidated. And the proof - the settlement was double the estimate I got from the other lawyers I talked to before hiring Josh Kahn. Above all else, Josh is someone with enormous integrity, a real Mensch - 5 stars all the way.
