Terrence helped guide me through a difficult and confusing time. After an accident there are so many different people trying to force you into a direction. He helped keep the insurance company from bullying me into making a bad decision, and with the help of Terrence I was able to make the correct decisions. Terrence was able to get me a solution that is going to help my family for a long time and I can’t thank him enough.

We hired Terrence to represent us in an automobile accident case. I sustained many injuries, and required surgery. I was a passenger in a car accident and I was considering filing a law suit. I met with a bunch of attorneys who wanted to take my case and I didn’t feel very comfortable or listened to by most of them. I finally found one I liked, but because of some issues with my case (I wasn’t wearing a seat belt, and some other personal things) the one I wanted to go with thought it might be difficult to win a good settlement so he decided not to take the case. However, he ended up referring me to Terrence Tarver and I’m so happy he did. Mr. Tarver was so kind and patient. Sustaining certain types of injuries at a young age can be really emotionally challenging and scary, and the process of litigation just adds more stress into your life at an already difficult time. Mr. Tarver always had my best interest at heart, was very supportive, and tried to make the experience as calm as possible. One of a lawyers most valuable assets is time, yet when we spoke I never felt rushed by him. Although he was always more gentle towards me (which is what I personally needed as a client), when it came time for our deposition, it was clear that he was very capable of being tough in the court room. The defense attorney tried to go a little too far on something, and Mr. Tarver vigorously stood up for me and did not back down. He also stayed with me a bit after to make sure I was ok, and then walked me to my car (which was so nice of him). In addition to his positive personal attributes, he was very professionally skilled as well. There was a certain final amount that I wanted to end up with, and he was able to get me that amount. Considering the issues with my case (and the fact that the lawyer I initially wanted to go with thought I might not get a settlement), I presume the legal legwork to get me that number was not easy. He was also very honest and did not inflate his fees (they were actually a bit lower than I was expecting). I hope I never need a personally injury attorney again, but if I did, he would be my first call and I highly recommend him.

I’ve never needed a lawyer before and thankfully when I needed one, Terrence was willing to take on my case. He helped me from day one to not only fight for me but to help me understand legal terms and be able to feel comfortable with him. I had a very odd case but Terrence took it on as if he’s dealt with this situation many times in the past. He was always a text or a phone call away. When I had doubts in my case Terrence always knew what to say and always provided me with insightful information on how to overcome my situation. He is definitely the teammate you want on your team and other teams fear going against. He was able to gain video proof to prove my innocence that I had no idea was available. When opposing lawyers attempted to gain an upper hand on my lack of law knowledge he immediately shut them down. I am extremely grateful to have met Mr. Tarver not only as a lawyer but now a good friend. He is extremely disciplined and will not settle for anything less than fair. His paralegal is also a great person and would reach out frequently to make sure everything was going well and documents were submitted.
